Dr. Gabriel Sanchez is a Professor of Political Science at the University of New Mexico and also serves as the Executive Director of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Center for Health Policy at the University of New Mexico. Sanchez received his doctorate degree in Political Science from the University of Arizona and has become a leading national expert on Latino political behavior and health policy, often serving as an expert policy adviser to the New Mexico State Legislature and other policy making bodies.
