My scholarly pursuits have concentrated on educators’ motivation for instructing students with disabilities in inclusive settings, student motivation within inclusive environments, and assessment practices in the classroom.

What’s the most interesting thing you have learned from a student?

I have gained a deeper understanding of the significance of providing constructive formative feedback and establishing meaningful relationships with my students. Recognizing that students are more motivated and committed when they understand the expectations for success and feel valued and acknowledged is essential for fostering a productive learning environment.
