Your background:

Felina recently graduated UNM with a degree in Interdisciplinary Film & Digital Media and a minor in Journalism. Currently, she is using these skills to help further the mission of Advance by sharing and promoting the stories of women in STEM on campus. 

Why were you attracted to the project?

Advance caught Felina’s interest when she realized she could apply and further her digital media skills to help promote a progressive program that helps to advance women and minorities in the STEM fields.

What’s that one cool thing about you?

Felina is an avid photographer who has won awards in multiple state and regional photo competitions. Along with photography, her interests also include filmmaking and writing.
