UNM Faculty Lightning Lounge 3/10/21

Hear from four University of New Mexico faculty members about their research in 7-minute presentations each month during the Lightning Lounge event.

 

The March speakers were: Jason Smith, a Professor in History whose presentation is “Contributing Faculty Voices to Public Debates”; Sergio Ascencio Bonfil, an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science whose talk is called “Do Voters (Dis)Like Dynastic Politicians? Experimental Evidence from Pakistan”; Horton Newsom, a Research Professor in the Department of Earth and Planetary Sciences who presented “Perseverance on Mars”; and Stephanie Moore, an Assistant Professor in the Organization, Information, and Learning Sciences program whose talk is called “Responsiveness to Pressing Problems through Public Scholarship.”
