Beyond the obvious toll of COVID on our lives and families, we know the pandemic has seriously impacted the ability of many of us to work as we used to. The resources below include programs related to support for COVID-related work setbacks and information on UNM policies and changes related to COVID.
Support for graduate student research assistance
ADVANCE’s Faculty Professional Development Assistance project is on-going. Women assistant and associate professors in STEM can request 10 hours at a time of graduate support for work that will contribute to professional development. You can request up to 40 hours total of support this fall. We’re using broad definitions of STEM and professional development! (Not STEM? Contact us anyway at advance dot unm dot edu. We have a small amount of support we can use to help women assistant and associate professors in other areas.)
