Describe your research in about 200 words.

My research interests include grief, crisis and trauma, and addictions. I have done research in reference to multicultural populations and grief following involuntary job loss. I also co-authored an article entitled “Constructivism in Action: A Case Study for the Development of a Social Justice Model.

What’s the most interesting thing you have learned from a student?

They let me know that when I am passionate about my subject area, it is infectious.
