Internationally performing cellist, pedagogue and lecturer. Special research interests in musicians’ wellbeing and peak performance, as well as music and the brain.

What’s the most interesting thing you have learned from a student?

That only the sky is our limit: Witnessing how a student outperforms their goals through commitment, patience and belief and breaks through to the next level of musicianship and artistry is the most humbling experience.
