My research interests deal with IT-enabled business innovation and regulation. Examples include complaint and review platforms (e.g., TripAdvisor), AI-enabled on-demand services (e.g., Uber Eat), AI-enabled chatbots, and privacy regulation. These areas cover various disciplines such as information systems, marketing, and operations management.

What’s the most interesting thing you have learned from a student?

It is interesting to learn how students from diverse backgrounds engage with the topics, which helps me continuously improve the process of teaching and learning in class.
