What’s the most interesting thing you have learned from a student?

As an international faculty member, navigating new languages and cultures has deepened my empathy for students’ diverse journeys and keeps me grounded in my work. This experience also reminds me that growth is reciprocal, I will learn from my students just as much as they learn from me.
