This summer camp guide seems like a really helpful resource for parents planning their kids’ summer! It’s great to see a comprehensive selection for the summer of 2025 already – gives us plenty of planning time. What kinds of skills or experiences are other parents prioritizing for their kids during summer break?

Thanks for the question, Amelia. We’re curious as well to see what types of camps UNM parents are looking for! If there are other types of camps you’d like to see listed as well, let us know.

This summer camp guide is fantastic! So many unique and engaging options that will truly broaden the horizons for kids. It’s wonderful to see enriching activities becoming more accessible to younger generations – are there local scholarships available outside of those mentioned to help families participate?

Thanks Owen!
Some camps do offer scholarships. It’s best to call the camp directly and see what opportunities might be available. Have a great summer!
