Dr. Chen’s primary research interests encompass project management within the realms of supply chain, finance, performance, and sustainability. His research focuses on improving project management and performance in multi-project environments, as well as understanding how supply chain risks affect project financial performance in these settings.

What’s the most interesting thing you have learned from a student?

There is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all approach. Every student is unique, with diverse cultures and backgrounds that fascinate and interest me. I cannot wait to learn more from them, as I get to see the world through a lens that not many people can experience.
