Describe your research in about 200 words.

I am a researcher in human resource development. My research focuses on workplace well-being and inclusion, organization development, and training and development. I am particularly interested in public-sector organizations and workforces. Through my work, I aim to help create safe and inclusive workplaces and enhance employee well-being through targeted interventions.

What’s the most interesting thing you have learned from a student?

One of the most interesting things I have learned from students is that the concepts we discuss in class can apply not only to their careers but also to their lives in meaningful ways. This insight has encouraged me to think more intentionally about how the concepts I teach relate to students’ personal experiences when designing my courses.
