Your background in academia:
Dr. Lisa Marchiondo is an associate professor of Management at UNM’s Anderson School of Management. She earned her B.A. in Marketing and Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis and her M.S. and Ph.D. in Psychology with an organizational emphasis from the University of Michigan.
Her research centers on the intersections of leadership, diversity, and mistreatment in organizations. She has been part of Advance at UNM since 2016 and was previously part of its Social Sciences Research Team.
