Your background in academia:

Dr. Lisa Marchiondo is an associate professor of Organizational Behavior at UNM’s Anderson School of Management. She earned her B.A. in Marketing and Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis and her Ph.D. in Psychology with an organizational emphasis from the University of Michigan. Her research centers on mistreatment and diversity in organizations, as well as on leadership. She has consulted for various organizations and interned at Google (People Analytics) and the Survey Research Center at the University of Michigan.
